Hannah Podzorski is a Hydrogeologist with GSI Environmental Inc. (GSI). She received a bachelor’s degree in Geological Engineering and Geology & Geophysics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2016 with a certificate in Environmental Studies. She went on to the Colorado School of Mines where she received her master’s degree in Hydrology in 2018. Her past research focused on the expression of geochemical control over water quality in a high alpine watershed and how the seasonal trends in the hydrologic system intertwin with changes in climate. Before her graduate studies she worked as an Intern with the U.S. Geological Survey assisting with surface water monitoring and data analysis. Ms. Podzorski has experience in projects involving remedial investigation, groundwater monitoring and modeling, and environmental forensics for a variety of client sectors. She has additional specialized skills in forensic studies (unmixing analysis) and hydrologic modeling, as well as environmental analytics and interactive data visualization tools.
