Mrs. Paré is a Principal at GSI office in Missoula, Montana. She has more than 20 years of experience in the mining industry, both in mining operations and environmental consulting. Her primary expertise is in environmental permitting and impact assessments for mineral exploration projects and mining operations for US-based and international clients.
Her experience includes open pit and underground mine operations, geological modeling, short- and long-range production planning, conceptual engineering mine designs, and management of exploration drilling programs. She has managed many multidisciplinary teams for projects such as development of permitting strategies for large-scale mining projects, preparation of baseline characterization reports, compilation of environmental permitting and regulatory compliance documents, preparation of Environmental and Social Impact Assessments, and mine closure and reclamation planning.
Mrs. Paré’s expertise focuses on the application of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) international standards including the Global Industry Standards for Tailings Management (GISTM) to benefit her mining clients. Her native language is French.
