Cassidy Powell is an environmental engineer with GSI Environmental Inc. in Austin, Texas. She earned her B.S. in Environmental Engineering along with a certificate in Humanitarian Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. Her coursework focused on hydraulic and hydrogeologic engineering design, climate change mitigation, and community improvement. Ms. Powell has professional experience in mapping water affordability and stormwater systems in ArcGIS and supporting environmental remediation, permitting, and litigation projects.
