Alex has experience in the stormwater field, assisting with design, SWPPP development, and inspection under both the industrial and construction stormwater permits. He also has experience in groundwater investigation and remediation, post-closure landfill maintenance and remediation, industrial and residential wastewater treatment and disposal, and working as an onsite construction project engineer for large-scale landfill projects. Alex graduated from CSU Sacramento with a bachelor's and master’s degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering and currently holds a PE license and QSD Certification.
