Dr. Gruber is an environmental geologist at the GSI office in Irvine, California. He has more than 10 years of experience in geochemistry and materials science fields. His primary expertise is in the characterization of rocks, minerals, sediments, and soils using geochemical, geophysical, materials science, and computational techniques. He has a Ph.D. in Earth Science from the Scripps Institution of Oceanography in addition to a Master of Science degree from the University of Alberta (Earth Science) and a Bachelor of Science from Washington State University (Geology).
