

Ms. Kingham is a Principal Hydrogeologist with GSI Environmental Inc. and a licensed Professional Geoscientist (PG) in Texas, Louisiana, and New York. Ms. Kingham serves as an appointed Board Member of the Texas Board of Professional Geoscientists, a Subject Matter Expert for the Association of State Boards of Geology Council of Examiners, and a Board Member of the Geology and Geophysics Department Advisory Committee at Texas A&M University. Ms. Kingham holds an MS in Hydrogeology from The University of Texas and a BS in Geology from Texas A&M University.
With over 20 years of professional experience, Ms. Kingham specializes in Underground Injection Control (UIC) permitting and compliance, environmental litigation support, environmental site investigation, and due diligence. She has worked on projects related to carbon sequestration sites, commercial/industrial (C/I) manufacturing plants and refineries, upstream and midstream oil and gas facilities, residential properties, dry cleaning facilities, and military bases.
Ms. Kingham’s expertise involves issues related to carbon capture and storage projects, including Class VI injection well permit applications and the application of federal and state guidelines and incentive protocols to the development of practical, cost-effective, and defensible environmental Testing and Monitoring Plans. Ms. Kingham specializes in subsurface site characterizations, reservoir modeling support, artificial penetration evaluations, and environmental justice reviews.
Ms. Kingham has served as a Consulting Expert on coastal land loss litigation matters in Louisiana. She has provided leading technical support to expert witnesses and attorneys on numerous environmental litigation projects regarding environmental impacts related to oil and gas operations, emerging contaminants, chemical and manufacturing facilities, landfills, pipelines, waste management facilities, and air emissions throughout the US and in Mexico, Ecuador, Australia, Bahrain, Yemen, and Kazakhstan. She has attended and provided leading technical support during domestic and international arbitrations in Texas, Washington DC, Paris, France, and The Hague, Netherlands.
Ms. Kingham has performed environmental due diligence assessments of undeveloped and developed C/I and residential properties involved in (i) purchasing transactions that may require Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), and (ii) post-transaction environmental litigation disputes. She has managed the design and installation of monitoring networks, vapor intrusion investigations, and comprehensive sampling programs for environmental soil, sediment, surface water, groundwater, and outdoor air. In the United States, she has conducted site investigations under a range of state and federal regulatory frameworks, including the TCEQ TRRP Rule, RRC Cleanup Rules, Voluntary Cleanup Programs, CERCLA, and RCRA. Through forensic analysis of environmental data, she has determined the origin of chemical contaminants and allocated environmental impacts among potentially responsible parties.
