Mr. Stolcenberg is a Civil Engineer with 15 years of consulting experience specializing in the environmental industry. Mr. Stolcenberg has participated in site assessments, feasibility studies, treatability studies, engineering designs, remedial implementation, construction oversight, and site closures for impacted properties throughout California and the Western U.S. He has managed projects that included regulatory compliance, long term liability planning, remediation design & implementation, and remedy OMM. He has produced remedial system designs utilizing technologies that include dual phase extraction, soil vapor extraction, groundwater extraction, advance oxidation process, RO, IX resin, and GAC filtration, as well as air sparging, ozone sparging, and excavation. He has managed projects that involved groundwater and soil impacted with a range of contaminants, including petroleum hydrocarbons, LNAPL, chlorinated solvents, 1,4-dioxane, hexavalent chromium, PFAS, and perchlorate.
