Ms. Chan has supported and worked for several cities implementing NPDES and WDR program elements, including performing nearly 2,000 industrial, commerical, fats, oils, grease (FOG), illicit connections/illicit discharge (ID/IC), industrial wastewater, and WQMP post construction verification inspections. She has also maintained city inspection databases, led public outreach events (for residents, businesses, and development professional), and prepared annual reports (program effective assessments) for submittal to the Santa Ana RWQCB, including coordination with various city department to gather information and synthesize data for submittal. She has in-depth knowledge of the MS4 Permit framework and other NPDES permits that effect the City (e.g., Construction General Permit, Industrial General Permit).
