Dr. Hemayatullah Ahmadi is an Environmental Geologist/Hydrogeologist with expertise in groundwater resources, hydrogeologic investigations, and geospatial analysis. He supports public and private sector clients on groundwater monitoring, aquifer testing, and subsurface investigations, integrating field-based hydrogeology with GIS and remote sensing to deliver practical solutions to complex water resource challenges. His experience spans well siting and design, lithologic logging, aquifer performance testing, and contaminant characterization, along with field oversight of drilling and well construction, and technical reporting.
Prior to joining the water resources industry, Dr. Ahmadi spent more than a decade in academia and applied research in hydrogeology, active tectonics, mineral exploration, economic geology, remote sensing, and GIS, authoring more than 45 peer-reviewed publications. He holds a Ph.D. in Remote Sensing and GIS from Eskişehir Technical University, Türkiye; an M.S. in Geological Engineering from Satbayev University, Kazakhstan; and a B.S. in Geological Engineering from Kabul Polytechnic University, Afghanistan, and is an active member of GRA, GSA, and ISPRS.
