Ms. Beckley is a Senior Associate with more than 25 years in the environmental industry. She has extensive experience in regulatory compliance in waste-related program areas including federal RCRA, CERCLA, and mirror State rules. Her project experience includes litigation support, permitting, environmental site characterization and risk assessment, and vapor intrusion. She has conducted vapor intrusion assessments using both conventional and innovative methods at sites around the U.S., developed and tested investigation protocols as part of DoD-funded research, developed guidance and training programs, and authored several peer-reviewed articles on vapor intrusion. She is an instructor for the Interstate Technology & Regulatory Council Petroleum Vapor Intrusion and Vapor Intrusion Mitigation courses, as well as GSI’s Texas Risk Reduction Program regulatory training course. Prior to joining GSI, Ms. Beckley worked in enforcement and remediation programs at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, in various roles ranging from project to program management.
