Ms. Reynolds has over than 24 years of experience in development of information systems and consulting. She specializes in relational databases, analysis (traditional and spatial), reporting of data, and problem solving. She has designed, developed, programmed, and managed custom environmental data management systems for a wide range of clients. Ms. Reynolds has managed project data for a variety of sites, including oil production, PFAS, and vapor intrusion sites. She has performed data reporting and analysis for data using both custom and industry standard software solutions. Ms. Reynolds integrated custom relational databases with GIS software for data management and analysis for private companies, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Missouri Department of Transportation, and Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. In addition to environmental data management, Ms. Reynolds provided support, training, design, and development of an industry standard dam safety monitoring software (desktop and cloud based) and developed data requirements and oversaw design/development of web-based data collection tools.
