

Meghan brings over 20 years of experience in field- and desk-based studies of flora and fauna, vegetation communities, protected areas, and aquatic ecosystems. She has served as an interdisciplinary team leader and project manager on numerous projects, including energy development and transmission, mining, environmental impact assessments, and mitigation planning.
Her expertise spans biodiversity impact assessment, Endangered Species Act consultation, reclamation, wetland delineation and permitting under the Clean Water Act, habitat assessment, resource mapping, invasive plant management, and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) analysis. Meghan is highly skilled in project management, problem-solving, technical data integration, and stakeholder communication.
With a strong background in natural resource management and environmental regulations, Meghan helps clients proactively plan and develop projects by identifying optimal siting options and implementing effective avoidance and mitigation measures.
