Mr. Schofield is a Senior Geoscientist with GSI Environmental with more than 19 years of experience conducting hydrogeologic investigations, remedial actions, and research and development at sites impacted with metals, chlorinated solvents, petroleum hydrocarbons, munitions, methane, and per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). Remedial strategies have included soil vapor extraction using carbon filtration and thermal oxidizing equipment, pump and treat methodologies, in-situ injections of remedial amendments, phytoremediation, in-situ thermal treatment, and remedial excavations for off-site disposal. Further, Mr. Schofield has provided litigation support and managed projects under different state and federal regulatory frameworks. He is a licensed Professional Geologist in Texas, Kansas, Louisiana, and Missouri and is fluent in both written and spoken Spanish.
