Mr. Huang is a Professional Engineer and Environmental Engineer at GSI office in Irvine. He has more than 11 years of experience as an environmental consultant. His expertise includes characterization and remediation of impacted groundwater and soil, and stormwater compliance and treatment for industrial clients.
Mr. Huang's expertise in environmental engineering encompasses the design, implementation, optimization, and operation and maintenance of remediation treatment systems utilizing a diverse array of treatment technologies. He has project experiences of a broad range of remediation processes, including capping, pump and treat, nonaqueous-phase liquid removal, enhanced bioremediation, in-situ chemical oxidation (ISCO), excavation, natural attenuation, soil vapor extraction (SVE), and surfactant injection. Mr. Huang consistently participates in developing work plans, design packages, cost estimates, and conducting remedial investigations and feasibility studies for contaminated groundwater, soil, and river sediments. He also provides consulting expertise and engineering support for stormwater compliance and treatment projects.
