

Dr. Sara Hutton is an Environmental Scientist and Toxicologist with over 7 years of statistical analysis, research, and ecological risk assessment experience. She originally started with GSI Environmental as an intern where she gained experience in human health risk assessment and has since joined full time. She has strong analytical and written and oral communication skills and has collaborated on environmental modeling projects. In addition, she is heavily involved with the Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry (SETAC) at the regional and national level and supports the Careers Committee which seeks to connect early career scientists with resources to succeed in their careers. Her doctorate research focused on comparative toxicity of multiple contaminant classes including pyrethroids and micro and nanoplastics.
