Yue (Beatrice) Li is an Environmental Engineer with GSI Environmental Inc. (GSI), in Houston, Texas. She received a bachelor’s degree in Water Supply and Drainage Engineering from Hunan University in Changsha, China, and master’s and Doctorate in Environmental Engineering from Texas Tech University. Her academic research focuses on solid-water interface chemistry, chemical remediation of soil and groundwater and physicochemical water and wastewater treatment. She is a licensed Professional Engineer (No. 138772) in the state of Texas. She joined GSI Environmental in June 2018, and her project experience includes oil ang gas litigation, chemical transport litigation, Hazardous waste permit applications, remedial investigation/remediation of emerging contaminants such as 1,4-Dioxane and PFAS, and contaminant transport modelling.
