PROPOSITION 65 ADVISORS

GSI is experienced in preventive Proposition 65 compliance evaluations and in providing technical support for responses to 60-day notices, including providing support informal negotiations with plaintiffs, formal mediations, and litigation.

Our staff has completed several hundred product exposure assessments including product testing and quantitative exposure assessments. We have developed warning levels for reproductive/developmental toxicants (i.e., MADLs) and carcinogens (i.e., NSRLs) to better protect the citizens of California. In addition to actively participating in technical evaluations, we have participated in many informal discussions with plaintiffs. Many clients have also relied on our services to help with product reformulation and preparing warnings. We have also provided technical support to clients needing to evaluate exposure in the workplace, as well as ambient exposure to air and water emissions.

We offer our clients a very practical approach to Proposition 65 compliance evaluations based on the experience gained from hundreds of previous evaluations and from having dealt with many different chemicals and exposure situations as well as many different plaintiffs.
