GSI staff has provided their experience and expertise in exposure assessment, dose re-construction, toxicology, and epidemiology in support of the evaluation of toxic tort claims. We have applied this experience and expertise to claims arising from exposures to groups of communities associated with releases to ambient air or groundwater as well as to exposures associated with exposures of individuals to consumer products, for example. In many cases, we have applied our depth of experience and skills in fate and transport modeling to the evaluation of exposures from releases to groundwater, surface water, community water distribution systems as well as releases of air into indoor and outdoor air. We have performed our own exposure evaluations and we have provided critical evaluation of exposure and risk estimates provided by others. We have provided our services as consulting and testifying experts in mediations and as well as in the courtroom.
